Hello everyone,
I've run in to a strange problem. I've been using an external drive for a
while, between many systems that I've taken data from. It is a Seagate model
SRD00F1. I've mounted it without problem on my previous install of Trisquel,
mounted it on Mint. I had a computer specialist/repair person move some data
from another drive to this Seagate, unsure of how he did so. I know I have
run it on Mint since then. I recently re-installed Trisquel 8.0, and now I
am unable to mount it. I get this message upon plugging it in:

I value the data on this drive, so I am wondering how I should go about doing
the data retrieval. I have access to a computer with Windows on it.
