[Trisquel-users] Set TorBrowser as your default browser II

Hello,

I was trying to follow the instructions at  
https://trisquel.info/en/forum/set-tor-default-browser

however I cannot find directory
$HOME/.local/share/applications/

Why? Maybe that belonged to Trisquel 7?

I'd be very happy if someone could update that guide.
