I have no idea what this mean. If you can find out whether this is some MSVC's way of telling you that cmake bothed the generated .sln file, patches to make this work are most welcome. I don't use Windows, so I have no way of fixing this myself. Sorry if this is due to some error on Trojita's side.
Thanks Thomas for diagnosing the SSL build failure. We shall add a cmake check for that. (Volunteers welcome!)
