Hi Pur It's good to hear that you are making progress. On the subject of vanishing my experiences agree with your observations. The incident is always available. The only thing that disappears is the goals in opposition and the emotional charge attached to the opposition. Take a look at this quote from TROM.
All four legs of a goals package hold each other in suspension in the mind. No goal in a goals package can be erased (vanished) from the mind without also erasing the other three goals in the package. Thus, a goals package is the smallest unit that can be erased from the mind. To attempt to erase any purpose from the mind without also erasing the other three purposes in its package is merely an exercise in futility. Rob just whizzed straight thru to Level 4 where he has happily settled for awhile. I have also now got to Level 4 & once thru the 8 commands. I am soooo impressed with how it "works". I had such big clear cognitions on a couple of the commands & was still "realizing my win" for hours afterwards. One query - Dennis describes running "timebreaking" until the incident "vanishes". Both my husband & myself have found that the incident never actually "vanishes" but rather it just becomes "boring" or of less & less interest to keep duplicating in present time. We can however still choose to look at any incident at any time thereafter - it is still there to find, not vanished. Any input on this appreciated. Pru
