Hi Terrance

You could indeed timebreak an incident of verbal abuse from your boss and
find he still verbally abuses you.

However, if you timebreak all the conflicts you have with working with you
boss till there is no charge left I believe you find that he no longer is
interested if having a conflict with you.
  Further if you do the timebreaking as above and then postulate that your
boss is a good manager just trying to get the work done and you want to help
him achieve that I think you would find your relationship with your boss
would change remarkably.

it doesnt prevent him from verbally abusing me again. And I think I
would have charge on the fear of future mistreatment.
