Changing a postulate is as simple as looking at the old postulate and
deciding to change it to a new postulate. You can read the Psychic First
Aide book where the author gives an elaborate procedure where you go into a
castle and find the caretaker and ask where the book of postulates is kept.
Then open the book to the old postulate and tear out the page and write in
the new postulate etc , that will work.(Psychic First Aid page 98)

You can also look at the Ghost Danse articles where Ouran audits a lady
friend on her past postulates to call her boyfriend and decides to change
them one at a time. This causes a withdrawal of communication from the
boyfriend who immediately calls the girlfriend to reestablish communication.
That works also. (http://www.censorthis.com/ouran/2Dsession.html )

In the end changing a postulate is as simple as creating the new postulate
and putting more emphasis or importance on the new one that you had on the
old one.

If you consider you have done it, you have.

Keep on TROMing.

On the subject of time breaking.

Ok, time breaking a scene or an object is relatively easy, compared to
the rest of TROM.

What about clearing body sensations, body charge ?

They don't seem to go.

How do you get rid of them?

I have a head full of it and when I get in to a session the charge soon
builds up and feels like pressure or tension or both. It never ends.

How do you clear it?

Then on the subject of postulates....

In scenes, time breaking it, nulls the charge and it's effect and power
to cause problems. That can be seen to do the job.

But what gives a postulate the power to be cause, to be effective?

How do you delete postulates.

Do you as is them?

Or what?

They don't seem to always have charge.

Charge is one thing, what about the postulate itself?

David
