Hi Mike ,
from ny experience I can't tell you that the mind will try to resist and
fight for its own existence.
So all sort of mental bullsheet will come out.TROM works. You can't
resolve the mind using the same tools the mind uses against you
(evaluation,criticism,doubt,false beliefs ,etc). Just use the tools of
TROM.and the week
you exercise TROM , don't mix with other techniques.One week I do
TROM,when the exercises are flat, and the level i am at , shows no-more
charge,then I take a day of doing no-thing,NO-THING,then I put my
attention on some other techniques(EFT also as you do )
