Alternate these questions until you have a win or are free from the sensation or there is no more change happening. Then: 3. What part of a carrierwave of fear are you willing to create? 4. What part of a carrierwave of fear would you rather not create? Alternate these questions until you have a win or are free from the sensation or there is no more change happening. You can use this for any unwanted sensation, mood (emotion), or pain that you find is not resolving. You can have someone run this on you or you can solo it substituting "I" or "am I" for "you" in the questions. You should be able to get relief from the "carrier wave of fear" by timebreaking or by running Differences and Similarities on it. If not then you should get relief by running RI. If both fail then get a separate auditor and do the CCH'S to a completion and pick up your "carrier wave of Fear" again until it neutralizes. Keep at it till you overcome it. If it affects you then you can know all about it at which point it will not effect you.
