Wow, it is excellent! 6-dir process as crack of a mental stuff. There are things that stick attention, and attention is often directed in a particular direction in space. Where is my attention fixing right now? I can note it and create it in different directions. There are past scenes when my attention was narrowed and attached to a single point. The little boy was punished at the school and stuck his attention by looking at the crack on the wall. He has got silly pattern to react now and he needs more space to unblock himself.
