I am not promoting the author. I watched some videos, got the concept and started using the technique and find it works. For example, the afformation, "why do you have a quiet mind?" or "why is your mind quiet?"got a tough workout yesterday and passed the test in social interactions, and brought a certain equanimity to my Trom session which brought up scenes that contained a charged IP condition and cross-packaging.
