The argument that "good and bad are just a matter of opinion" is a First Dynamic only argument. When the consequences of "First Dynamic only" behavior or of how this affects the Third Dynamic or the "Greatest Good for the Most Dynamics" is included it becomes apparent that "good and bad are just a matter of opinion" behavior has serious negative consequences so is not a workable life choice. For instance if you do "bad behavior" in the opinion of others like lying, cheating, stealing, making babies and not supporting them and the mother, or murder, you can decide that the opinion of others that this is "bad behavior" is just a matter of opinion but that won't stop the others from coming after you with torches, pitchforks or guns to stop you. Also, if you choose of lifestyle of satisfying your self only and never helping others who will help you when you are ill or old and cannot take care of yourself? This is the point that Denis makes in his statement and it is an important point in this discussion.
