Hi Bailey,
IBM is currently the maintainer of the Trousers 1.2 and currently has no
firm plans to be the maintainer of a 2.0 compliant version. Should other
contributors wish to discuss collaboration, IBM would welcome the
discussion. This is a topic that can be brought up in a TSS workgroup
meeting.
