Hello;
I'm a using the (excellent) trplayer with good success on my main system. However, I
would like to run it on a less powerful system that is up all the time. The goal is
to listen to web radio stations even when the main computer is off, disassembled, or
booted into Windows.
trplayer requires the following shared libraries:
Shared library: [libslang.so.1]
Shared library: [libstdc++-libc6.1-1.so.2]
Shared library: [libc.so.6]
Shared library: [libpthread.so.0]
Shared library: [libdl.so.2]
Shared library: [libm.so.6]
Some of these libraries are quite large. How practical
would it be to reduce the number of dependencies of both trplayer and RealAudio?
Looking at the source code I see very few uses of slang, for example, but am I
misssing how important this is?
Is there a "lightweight" RealAudio player suitable for
smaller machines (such as old 486's, internet appliances and floppy based systems)?
