I've tested your file with realplay, the X GUI for RealAudio as implemented and
provided by RealNetworks itself. It manifests the same problem. Both realplay
and trplayer show a total clip length which is approxmately 10 seconds shorter
than the clip really is. Since realplay minifests the same problem, I doubt
that there's a way to modify trplayer's source in order to resolve the problem,
and suspect that the Real Networks library is in need of repair. Perhaps
someone from RealNetworks can offer some advice (note that this is a static mp3
file).
