Press escape for the tool bar, 'S' for "Setup", 'A' for "Associations", and 'A'
for "Add". Now you're in an entry field called "Label". Enter something
meaningful like "Real Audio".

Press down-arrow to go to the next field, which is an entry field called
"Content-Type(s)". Enter the following comma-delimited list of mime types:

    audio/x-pn-realaudio,audio/x-scpls

Press down-arrow to go to the next field, which is an entry field called
"Program ('%' is replaced with file name)".  Enter the trplayer command, any
options, and '%' for the URL, e.g.:

    /usr/local/bin/trplayer -i -s %

Press down-arrow to go to the "Block terminal while program running" checkbox.
Check it (press space bar).

Press down-arrow to go to the "Run on terminal" checkbox. Check it (press space
bar).

Press down-arrow to go to the "Run in X-Window" checkbox. Don't check it.

Press down-arrow to go to the "Ask before opening" checkbox. Don't check it.

Press down-arrow to go to the "OK" button, and click it. Then press escape to
go back to the document page.

Now, to make the addition permanent, do the following: Press escape for the
tool bar, 'S' for "Setup", and 'S' for "Save options".

If you also want to listen to local files, then you also have to create the
necessary file extension bindings. Press escape for the tool bar, 'S' for
"Setup", 'E' for "File extensions", and 'A' for "Add". Now you're in an entry
field called "Extension(s)". Enter the following comma-delimited list of file
extensions:

    ra,rm,ram

Press down-arrow to go to the next field, which is an entry field called
"Content-Type". Enter the following mime type:

    audio/x-pn-realaudio

Press down-arrow to go to the "OK" button, and click it. Then press escape to
go back to the document page.

Again, to make the change permanent, do the following: Press escape for the
tool bar, 'S' for "Setup", and 'S' for "Save options".
