I'm just wondering if anyone has ever thought of not voting the "normal" Republican or Democrat way...and voting for another party completely. Any thoughts?

I tried that during the last presidential election.  It did not work.  Still, I would do it again if there was a better choice than Nader.  With two hundred million people in this country, there has to be a better choice than any of the three we are offered, but you have to have name recognition and a political machine.  Without that, you get no money from big companies.

That makes Bush the only option for the following reasons, which are admittedly personal and without apology.
1. Kerry's own wife does not trust him.  She had him sign a prenup before she would marry him.
2. Kerry has consistantly voted to restrict the ownership of firearms by honest american citizens.
3.Kerry has made speeches to homosexual groups promising to help them be viewed as legitimte normal people and to help them have the "rights" they deserve, including marriage between sodomists.
4. Kerry has consistantly voted against any spending that would help increase the effectiveness or strength of the military.
5. Kerry would appoint liberal judges in the same manner that Clinton did.
6. Kerry was not even a good senator.  He was frequently absent from his job and failed on those occasions to represent the people who elected him
7. Kerry is a Democrat. Bill Clinton is a Democrat.  Ted Kennedy is a Democrat.  Sarah Brady is a Democrat.  Barney Frank is a Democrat.  Do you see the pattern? Birds of a feather?
8.  The majority of the men who served with him during his short stay in Viet Nam do not trust him.
9.  He voted to ban every shotgun with a pistol grip. (99% of all sporting shotguns have pistol grips.)

It would take either a blithering idiot or the world's most gullible person to believe that this man could be a good senator, let alone a good president.  Al Sharpton looks good compared to Kerry.
