Judy, do you understand the diference between "being in love" and "acting
like you are in love?" Do you deny that people who are in love with Christ and have deep and abiding convictions
regarding Him, and share the emotion of appreciation
will want to do the Lord's will? Seems pretty basic to me and nothing like
the picture you paint above. JD
The love you speak of sounds like philos JD
whereas with Jesus we must deal with agape (the God kind of love).
This has nothing at all to do with "being in love" before there is even
a relationship - the Church at present is "betrothed" and should be
preparing to meet the Bridegroom. Love in this sense is a committment to
learning about the One to whom we have committed our lives and our
selves. judyt
