In spite of the fact that you have already read it, you asked me how God intends us to keep the Sabbath   I give you God’s verbatim guidelines as an answer.  For that you insult me.  This is what becomes of Barth followers? Not trendy, or up-to-date, or intellectual, or “relevant” enough for you? That is between you and God.  I really don’t care if you accept it or not, as that is not my business.  Neither do I care if you read Barth or anyone else, but I don’t see the fruit of it.  I do, however, trust the Holy Spirit to work in your life as well as in mine, as much as you allow.  I give you blessings for your curses, iz

Imagine that! I've already read this. Judy is right: you are irrelevant.

Hi Iz. I have a question for you: How is it that God intends us to keep the Sabbath? Bill

Ex 20:8Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy.  9Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work:  10But the seventh day is the sabbath of the LORD thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates:  11For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the LORD blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it.
