this is why, in practice, only GPL is an option for you. Else be

This statement shows they aim to sell their contract first. This
marketing strategy was pushed back by the community but Openerp imposed it.

GPL doesn't require you divulgate your work
- if you don't distribute it
- to somebody else than the customer
So GPL is not a problem for you.
