I think the problem is very complex, for example the behavior regarding xxx2Many is undefined. Moreover, the export format is not supposed to always work as import. Finaly, I think the copy/paste is already a good solution for many cases. And for othe cases, a small wizard should be much more efficient than a generic tool.
