I guess room for 60 people, at least. Maybe more. Regarding technical
equipment I'd say:

- Projector
- Wifi (that works for this many people with laptops and phones)

Regarding recording, each year has been done differently. If there's a
possibility to have it with the technical equipment is perfect, but
usually it has a cost and the community organizes something more
amateur.

You can take a look at previous years events websites or simply ask if
you need some more information.

The proposal would require the takeover of the local organization. We
need somebody to do the work locally.
