I have configured the Assets module and saved the assets in the system
along with their depreciation details.

issue these assets to different employees or departments and they want
to save this information in the system. Can anybody guide me how it can

You should create a custom module to extend the account_asset module
with more fields to add this information. For example, you can add a
Many2One field to employee to indicate that an asset is issued to and
employee.
