Hi Karla, All line in my sale are done. I think in sale i am clicking on process manually. before creating shipment. But looks like i should not click on process in sale. when i done the shipment process of the sale will be done automatically and shipment state of the sale will be changed. i did not this workflow properly that is why i got this issue. now i figured it out. thanks for you reply.
