* auto upload needs to be set to 'true' in TR.props, then the upload example
worked for me.
* Tested with sybase and all is well execpt the
templates/sql/base/sybase/tablefk.vm is blank, should be the same as the one
from templates/sql/base/mssql/tablefk.vm .
* Can we get rid of the build.sh/bat in both the base tdk and gen'd app
directories and just require ant to be installed? Are we waiting to remove
them in the next ver? I've run everything with just ant and all works well
here...
