web-app dtd

Hello.

This may have been fixed in the new version (I have 1.13) but the DTD anchor
in my web.xml file is wrong:

http://java.sun.com/j2ee/dtds/web-app_2.3.dtd

doesn't exist. I searched sun's site but can't find any reference to the
web-app dtd.

Can somebody tell me what this is meant to be please?
