It doesn't mean that. The setup will be the same as it is now, the master
files will be in the turbine repository and are copied into the TDK just
as they are now. Projects that don't use the TDK, like Scarab, can just
use torque stand-alone and integrate the process into the project build.
Just as you are currently doing. The master files will always remain
in Turbine's CVS and copied into the TDK when the TDK is built.
