I just went through the pain of upgrading Scarab to latest CVS head of
Turbine. There are still a few issues to resolve, but let me just say, it
kicks some serious ass. Jason is doing a really good job on it. It is much
faster than before with the new pipeline methodology.
One thing that I am going to start encouraging people to start doing in
their code is fully qualifying import statements. The benefit is that you
will be able to more easily upgrade by doing global find/replaces in your
code. If you don't have fully qualified import statements, it makes doing
that much much more difficult.
