Hi,

as scarab.werken.com is (once again) down and (as it is a non-ASF
system) I have no contact information on how to fix this:

As some of the people here know, I have a strong dislike to "out
source" services to non-ASF servers. This is why I don't really use
the current bug tracker or the maven bugtrackers. Things like this
where you have no way of fixing problems or contacting people like
infrastructure@ that are committed to supporting apache projects.

Vote: Shall we move the bug tracking for turbine back to
      issues.apache.org?

SubVote: Shall we restart the disfunctional scarab system already
installed there or go to bugzilla (which might be "not as
good as" scarab but is at least actively maintained and
         administrated)?

        Regards
                Henning
