No, it seems to be migrated as Daniel pointed out, but most of the
pages are somewhat in disarray.

I was able to link the Wiki from the http://wiki.apache.org/ page.

The new URI seems to be now http://wiki.apache.org/jakarta/JakartaTurbine2/

However, it is necessary to check the various pages to get the content
back in order. The Wiki migration didn't seem to have gone really
well. Volunteers wanted!

I will try to fix up the various links from the turbine sites later today.
