I committed my stuff to synchronize with my own CVS server
+) added fulcrum-pbe-service +) improved YAAFI and updated fulcrum-testcontainer +) added YAAFI Reconfiguration service +) updated documentation +) uploaded site to cvs.apache.org
A few things to consider
+) The fulcrum-pbe-service uses JCA/JCA which breaks the build on JDK 1.3.x if no JCE is installed
+) I tested it using JDK 1.3.13 and JDK 1.4.2_04 on Windows. As a default I'm using PBEWithMD5AndDES since TripleDES is not available on JDK 1.3.13
