Get Rid of Turbines Dependency on Torque

I know there has been a lot of work done on achieving this, but still if I want
to use the basic Turbine Security Concepts, I would have to use the
TorqueSecurityService, and still be dependant upon Torque. Wouldn't it be
greate to create a new ... say JDBCSecurityService which provides the same
Functionality as the TorqueSecurityService?
