There are other singletons throughout the system, but they will play well
with different caches I think.  There may be some problems though.

The RemoteCacheManager returns instances based on location so there is only
one connection per jvm.

I'm not sure how much it will like having multiple caches with the same
region name though.

This may be too big of a change.
