Hanson Char was instrumental in the development of a sister / step-mother
caching system to JCS and should properly be listed on many of the JCS class
author lists. I will start correcting this soon.
He has created a new soft-reference memory cache and should be allowed to
work on it as a memory plugin for JCS.
Recently he has posted excellent patches to Maven and is an enthusiastic
supporter of Jakarta.
He will be a huge resource for the development of JCS and Jakarta in
general.
I'm giving a big +1 for Hanson.
