I checked your unix permissions on minotaur.apache.org, and on the directory in 
question.  They both look fine.  Will you paste a transcript of the problems 
you're seeing?

Maven does have a site:sshdeploy target, but I haven't tried it on the
basis that someone else indicated that it was a little tricky to set
up.
