Need help getting started

Hi,   After seeing the new B3 release I thought I'd give another try to get things up&running, unfortunately things aren't going welll despite the plenty of docs on the site   Here's what I did   1. Downloaded the win version & installed in e:/tmp/maven     Verified the properties in ${user.home} and ran ant in install dir. So far so good   2. Downloaded example (maven) project.xml and saved in e:/tmp/maven dir   3. Downloaded example delegator file and saved in e:/tmp/maven dir called build.xml   4. went to e:/tmp/maven dir and typed the following "ant -f build-maven.xml maven:update-jars", expecting a Jar update but got following error message   "maven:update-jars does not exist in this project"   Ok, I'm doing something stupid but what?   /Colin   Visit MaXware's Free Meta Directory and Identity Management seminar, 25 April, Amsterdam Arena.
