It should...that's what I meant when I said it was missing.

Add it as a dependency to project.xml, add the jar(s) to lib.repo and let me know how u go.

Downloaded it, but how do I include fop on the classpath for maven:pdf?  By
the way, should't this be on maven-classpath and declared as a dependency?
