I already replaced my b4 with a compiled version from HEAD, but if I
remember well, after installing b4 I had no plugins folder, but I had a
number of build-<xxx>.xml files in ${maven.home}. Maybe this was due to the
fact that I installed b4 over b3.
In a lot of OS projects, building from sources is often a tricky job,
however after looking at the bootstrap document, I retrieved everything from
CVS and built and installed without any problems. Nice job! In no time, I
had my first project Maven-ised! :)
