Nope.. But I read in several places that (outside jakarta btw) that this kind of behaviour is an ant issue, which sometimes fails to recognize that it needs to compile something. Doing a clean before the compile will solve all that of course, but then you will end up compiling everything all the time (which isn't a bad thing anyway...)
