Hello, On my NT 4.0 box, when I build Maven from CVS, it *always* retrieves the dependent jars in the get-jars-no-proxy task. On my Win2000 box, it seems to be able to find out that some of the jars are there and are unchanged, so it skips retrieving them again. How does the get-jars-no-proxy task determine whether to retrieve the jar or not?
