It just uses one cygwin dll to get it running, so you don't have to
install cygwin yourself.. Very easy install and works like a charm..
It has the option to install server and/or client openssh

The only thing it doesn't support is agents, so if you want automatic
login without password, then don't use a passphrase in your key.
