The nagEmailAddress isn't anything that Maven utilizes at the moment. It
is used to generate a gump descriptor that fires off email when the
build fails. The reactor will have more general processing (i.e.
workflow) so that you can perform actions like sending an email after a
failed build, but the nagEmailAddress is strictly a gump thing ATM.
