When I run Maven (b5 or b6) on Win9x, there appears to be no way to capture the output Maven generates. For some reason, if I try to direct it to a file, using "maven > mylog.log", the output still appears on the console, and not in the file.
This behaviour is actually the same as that of Ant, except that Ant provides the -logfile option, whereas, as far as I can tell, Maven does not provide a similar option. If there is a way to do this that I missed, I'd be very glad to hear about it. If not, it would be really, really helpful to have a way of capturing output on Win9x, especially given that Win9x does not allow the user to grow the console buffer, as WinNT and Win2k do.
