Hi,

I'm on 2 Turbine projects, which Maven has successfully built from the
beginning.

You need to have a src/webapp dir, where you will have all that will go
to the war/webapp (templates, resources, WEB-INF/conf, JSP, etc.)
This dir will contain the WEB-INF/web.xml.

For each dependency that you want included in the war/webapp (typically
all but servlet* and xerces*...),
you will have to do this:
<dependency>
  <name>foo</name>
  <version>1.0</version>
  <properties>
    <war.bundle.jar>true</war.bundle.jar>
  </properties>
</dependency>

All your Java source files should go to src/java.

Then, if you want the war/webapp to be created directly into Tomcat's
dir, for instance, you would set
maven.war.build.dir = /var/tomcat4/webapps
Then, you should be able to type "maven war" or "maven war:webapp" and
get a /var/tomcat4/webapps/${pom.id}.war or
/var/tomcat4/webapps/${pom.id} dir.
