Stephane, In your tutorial, the "Using Prerequisites" section mentions two solutions, the <attainGoal> tag and the prerequisites attribute, that work exactly the same way. Is that true? I was under the impression that <attainGoal> would always be invoked, while the prerequisites would only be run if they hadn't been run yet.
Thanks for the tutorial, Jim ----- Original Message ----- From: "Stphane Mor" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "Turbine Maven Developers List" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>; <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Sent: Friday, September 06, 2002 9:10 AM Subject: Plugin Development Tutorial available > Hi, *plugin developer wannabes* ! > > I started (large enough start, I must admit) a Plugin Development Tutorial. > > You can see it there: > http://maven-plugins.sourceforge.net/cgi-bin/wiki?MavenPlugin > In this tutorial, I show how to build a simple plugin, "copy", which > copies a file from one place to another ... > > Please feel free to add, remove, correct, edit, enhance, comment, etc. > It's there for that purpose ! > > It is not that complete right now, but I will update when I notice > missing things, > and other plugins developers will, too. <hint, hint, ...> > > For "advanced users", at the end I propose some exercises that I believe > might make people face some common > problems, bugs, etc. > > Soon, I might create a "Maven High School", too ... ;-) > > Cheers, > Stphane > > ___________________________________________________________ > Do You Yahoo!? -- Une adresse @yahoo.fr gratuite et en franais ! > Yahoo!
