I did not mean only Maven core but a changes page for each maven
"project", as part of the site goal (in the same spirit as the task
report). Plugins are maven project so they will also get that page.

+1 for generation.
Yes that's ok, but I maintain we also need a Download link. How many
users will think to go to the reference page to download a plugin?
