I put my web.xml in my conf directory and called it [applicationName]-web.xml like it wants me to. Then I run war:webapp and it builds my webapp directory with all of my files and makes my WEB-INF/classes and WEB-INF/lib directories as well.
Two Quesitons: 1) It doesn't put my web.xml file in my WEB-INF directory, is the common solution to make a directory called WEB-INF in the src and put my web.xml in there (this doesn't make sense to me). 2) Can I configure it to make my jar in the WEB-INF/lib as well? The final result that I'm looking for is a war file with the jar file in the WEB-INF/lib. I can make the war file although it doesn't include the jar in the WEB-INF\lib only classes. Thanks for your help...
