Hi,
I'm trying to migrate from Maven b4 to the current HEAD version. When I
do a bootstrap build I get the following error:

Two identical errors occur at later stages in the build. The development
machine is running Windows98 if this is relevant.
Has anyone encountered this before? I can send someone the entire build
output if desired, but didn't want to clutter the mailing list...
