Word documents will get automatically converted to HTML if you use the 
word2html plugin during build.

All other types are not currently supported other than raw html files. We 
need some other directory for this, and it has been suggested before.

My current take on this is that we should place non Anakia files into a 
'docs' directory and that will be copied wholesale to the target.
