There is no jar in it ... Does it mean your project has no dependencies?
The Eclipse plugin will take the dependencies from your project.xml and
add them to .classpath

As it stands, you don't need the MAVEN_REPO variable if you have no
dependency!

So your only remaining issue is the name of the project, right ?

The name is taken from the id you specified in your project.xml:
