we have the framework same to yours. In our project.xml, we have a dependency
to the project itself. for example:
<dependency>
<id>${pom.id}</id>
<version>${pom.currentVersion}</version>
<url>http://${siteAddress}/${pom.id}/</url>
<properties>
<war.bundle.jar>true</war.bundle.jar>
</properties>
</dependency>
then I can make the jar other than lots of .class files in the war.
So I think you can try it.
